The uncertainty of lockdown has been quite stressful and worrying for many but a fantastic way to combat stress is through physical activity including trampolining. Ever noticed how people are happier when they’re jumping up and down?
It’s human nature. The act of jumping lifts our hearts. A good trampoline workout and exercise in general are amazing forms of stress relief and studies have shown that regular participation in aerobic exercise stimulate anti-anxiety effects, decrease levels of tension and to stabilise your mood. Physical exertion can also be a form of relaxation as it allows your body to release stress hormones such as cortisol which can also improve self-esteem and confidence too!
